About Anthony (Tony) Harris

Tony is a well-rounded sales professional with over 17 years of experience in various fields & functions including Sales/Marketing, Negotiations, Business Development & Public Speaking/Presentations. He started his first business at the age of 21; and later graduated from Saint Peter's University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, and a Minor in Economics. Tony honed his professionalism working for companies such as Lord Abbett & Co, The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, AT&T and Medgar Evers College. Tony excels wherever he goes. It was through those experiences he discovered his passion for people & sales. Fast forward to 2016, he joined The Brian Phillips Team at Douglas Elliman, after having spent 4 1/2 yrs with Keller Williams.

"Strategic alliances mean so much in the business of Real Estate, and to be able to work with top team in Harlem in The Brian Phillips Team & the #1 firm in NYC in Douglas Elliman, is invaluable to building a brand. I can leverage that experience and success to be able to bring even better results for my clients in Harlem! " - Tony Harris

Tony got his love for real estate from his father, Wendell Harris, who was a Loan Officer for Citibank for many years, and later moved to the public sector where he worked for The Empire State Development Corporation as Vice President of Portfolio Management, overseeing multi-million dollar development projects. From a young age Tony had the privilege of learning the nuances of New York Real Estate, and always knew he had a passion for it.

Aside from Real Estate, Tony has great interest in Music & Acting. He has studied acting at the renowned Susan Batson Studio (formerly known as Black Nexxus), and is an avid reader of Philosophy, History & Meta-Physics and loves to travel. He serves on several boards:

-The Real Estate Board of New York
-The Senior Men's Usher Board at the historical Harlem landmark Abyssinian Baptist Church
-The Schomburg Corporation at The Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture in Harlem

And he volunteers at The Food Bank NYC, located in Harlem on 116th St, where he is able to give back to the community that has given him so much.

Whether you are looking to Buy, Invest, Sell or Rent an Apartment, Condo, Townhouse or Brownstone in Upper Manhattan; Tony will work around the clock to help you achieve your real estate goals.
